One of very few listings in the category that tells you its own number changed. That is a small act of disclosure and it is worth more than most features.

The short answer
A 50-pint DOE-rated unit with a built-in pump, whose listing states plainly that it removes up to 50 pints under the current standard and 70 under the 2012 one. Honeywell publishes no wattage, and the certified list carries its TPFIT series rather than the TP70.
Why the model number says 70 and the rating says 50
Because the model number predates the test change and the rating does not. Honeywell kept the TP70 designation through the 2019 transition and updated the capacity figure, which is why the listing carries the slightly odd construction: removes up to 50 pints, 70 pint under the 2012 previous DOE standard.
That sentence is the most useful thing on the page. Almost every other maker either quietly relabeled or leaned into a saturation figure instead, and the result is a category where a buyer comparing a 2018 recommendation against a 2026 listing has no way to know they are looking at the same machine. That is a different product line from the TP70, so it is the right ballpark and the wrong model number to print under this one. It stays in the note rather than in the specification table.

Who should buy it
Someone who wants a pump, values a maker that documents its own history, and does not need a published pump reach. If the pump route in your basement is short and obvious, the missing figure costs you nothing. If it is long or has real height in it, GE's published sixteen feet is the safer purchase and an external condensate pump is the safest.
